66th Annual Commencement Held May 15. May 18, 2015. Faculty Lecturer Dr. Sonia Zuniga-Lomeli proudly displayed the SBCC Mace that she carried as she led more than 600 students into La Playa Stadium on May 15 as SBCC celebrated its 66th annual commencement. In total, more than 3,100 degrees and certificates were awarded to approximately 1,800 students during the 2014-2015 academic year. On May 6, SBCC's Associated Student Government hosted a memorial tree grove dedication in honor of the six UCSB students who lost their lives in the May 23, 2014 Isla Vista tragedy. I will be staying at a hotel on State street with my significant other and visiting there for the weekend, I'm curious what else we can do and really worth doing. I did some googling, but I found out that I rather have "real" input. Any help? It seems like some communities are dead, so it will be x-posted.
