Thursday, January 9, 2014. After the first week of the new year, I'm officially down 3.3 pounds! Have a great week! Tuesday, December 31, 2013. Monday, December 30, 2013. For the last few months, Ryan and I have been focusing on weightlifting and building strength. Basically, the only cardio that I've done is our warmup on the treadmill, which is only about a mile. Ryan got me this. I've also joined in with some of my Corn Fed Spartans. Peeps to participate in the 1000 Mile Challenge. This is my year.

You have to buy a large quantity, so you might want to go in with a friend or split them up as gifts. I've seen them in smaller quantities other places, but it was much cheaper to buy a few more. This is the first year I have ever done anything outside of green food for St. Patrick’s Day. I am all in this year. Friday, I worked on treats for the boys preschool friends.
