Don’t Get Me Started…. Take a Look at Herman Cain. May 23, 2011. So far, I like what. I see in Herman Cain! Cain sees nation in crisis, but not without hope. CEDAR RAPIDS America is facing some massive problems, said Herman Cain, and it’s time for politicians and elected officials to be honest about the magnitude of what is before the nation. Those are the seven biggest crises that we face. But here’s the good news: We can face them, and they aren’t going to face themselves. If elected president, Cain sa...

The Ass of Progress: Great minds think alike
http://assofprogress.blogspot.com/2008/10/great-minds-think-alike.html
The Ass of Progress. In deference to Hedley Lamar (and Mel Brooks), my mind is a raging torrent! And that torrent is directed at liberals, hippies, hollyweird assclowns, enviro-nazis, lawyers and other pimples on the ass of progress. Enjoy! Monday, October 13, 2008. Great minds think alike. I married wisely. Check out my better half's blog here. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Great minds think alike. Free Markets and Limited Govt. Farrakhan: Jews are Pushing the US into War | Don't Get Me Started...
https://bridgetdgms.wordpress.com/2011/03/02/1781
Don’t Get Me Started…. Farrakhan: Jews are Pushing the US into War. March 2, 2011. Farrakhan is a racist and a bigot and should be called on it by the media and others in power! Farrakhan: Jews Are Pushing The US Into War. Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan said Jews and Zionists are “trying to push the US into war” and are a cover for Satan, at the group’s annual meeting near Chicago on Tuesday. Some of you think that I’m just somebody who’s got something out for the Jewish people,” Farrakhan ...

Red's Rightings: March 2010
http://redsrightings.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Ok, so I've been extremely negligent in my blogging recently. I've been (allegedly) studying for the PE exam, coming up on April 16, and combining that with a new baby just doesn't leave much time for posting. Add in the depressing nature of events in the political and Liverpool Football Club worlds, and motivation has been low. First of all, Justin Taylor has a great series of posts. Blog has become one of my daily clicks. A very interesting article. Twenty-something followers i...

Red's Rightings: January 2009
http://redsrightings.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 30, 2009. Oh, the Hypocrisy! While trying not to laugh at Obama’s righteous indignation over the exorbitant bonuses. And it’s debatable at best whether or not this is a free market economy any more. Behold, the dangers of accepting government intervention. An average of over $70 an hour. Including benefits, that got General Motors into this mess to begin with. And what will General Motors be using to maintain this level of remuneration? Well it’s patently obvious that they can’...

Red's Rightings: Coral Ridge Presbyterian
http://redsrightings.blogspot.com/2009/10/coral-ridge-presbyterian.html
Thursday, October 1, 2009. It's difficult to watch what's happening at Dr. Kennedy's Coral Ridge Presbyterian, however it is very indicative of some of the issues bubbling under the surface within our denomination right now. So many of our churches, like our own FPC Macon, are finding it very difficult to come to grips with what it means to be relevant while also remaining faithful. I'm only just now learning about the situation at Coral Ridge, but the news. Perhaps the new leadership didn't handle every...

Red's Rightings: I Like Beer
http://redsrightings.blogspot.com/2010/05/i-like-beer.html
Tuesday, May 18, 2010. Especially Guinness - both the draft and extra stout varieties. After seeing this video, I have even more reason to love this particular brew of the beverage Benjamin Franklin described as evidence of God's love for us. Apparently, Arthur Guinness was a Christian, particularly influenced by John Wesley to use his status for good. I'll have to grab a copy of Stephen Mansfield's new book. Next time we're in Barnes and Noble. I first saw the link to this video at Justin Taylor's blog.
