The Great Dark Horde. For those who'd like to see what we can do for fun. - ASK A HORDESMAN. Great Dark Horde: Open Camp. 21 December 2008 @ 10:24 am. For those who'd like to see what we can do for fun. In the horde, there is a lovely thing called schtick. This qualifies partly under that, and partly under doing things well and setting an example for others, I suppose. That, and many of us love to have fun with a good challenge! Omar says we're a bunch of overachievers, but he was grinning when he said it.

Question for recent thru-hikers - Backpacking North America. The Long Distance Hiking Community. Question for recent thru-hikers. Jun 29th, 2009 02:12 am. The Long Distance Hiking Community. I spent the spring and early summer of 1995 on the Appalachian Trail attempting a thru-hike (which was cut short by medical issues). Just out of curiosity, how prevalant are cell phones on the Trail now? 2009-06-29 07:51 am (UTC). 2009-06-29 12:32 pm (UTC). I was on the trail in 07, didn't finish the whole thing thou...

My Google-fu has failed and the Glencairn company site does not have a contact link. Does anyone know if Glencairn has a distributor in the US/North America? Their whisky glasses are everywhere, but I'm interested in some other things on their site and don't want to pay trans-Atlantic shipping. Post a new comment. We will log you in after post. Sweet Bourbon - Bourbon Lovers
http://bourbonites.livejournal.com/6258.html
I am currently sipping a bit of Eagle Rare. One of my favorite bourbons. I especially like the sweet brown sugar nature that it possesses. So I thought I would ask here. What is the sweetest good bourbon that you have had? Dandy Warhols - "You Were The Last High". 1st-Jul-2009 03:10 am (UTC). I have a tight budget (to say the least), so I don't really have the extra cash to try new bourbons, so I'm curious to what folks will say. :). 1st-Jul-2009 04:43 am (UTC). 1st-Jul-2009 12:34 pm (UTC). Damnit, it just won't clear!!!: wine_making
http://wine-making.livejournal.com/68441.html
Renegade Necrophile Princess (. Damnit, it just won't clear! I've been making some fruit wines over the summer, and while some of them cleared particularly well. others have decided not to. I've used Gelatine, betonite, some of the chemical clearing agents that I get at my local wine-making store, even pushed them through more than one set of filters each, but to no avail. Thusly, I am wondering if any of you guys out there have any tips or crafty ideas for pulling the cloudiness out of wines?

Observing Report Jupiter - Zachs Musings. Jan 29th, 2011 06:21 pm. I finally go the telescope collimated the other day (Yea laser collimator) and tonight took it out for a quick view of Jupiter. I had to do a quick. Fix of the primary mirror (took about 30s). Then hit Jupiter with the new Stratus 13 eyepiece, (about 90x) several bands were visible, there was a lot of detail visible, the view was amazing. 2011-01-29 10:42 pm (UTC). Do you have to deal with a lot of light pollution?
