Sunday, April 27, 2014. Notes from Dad - April 27, 2014. Hope your week has been a great one! Kent and I started our training to hike Mt. Whitney by taking on Flatiron. A cold front moved in over the weekend, and the high temperatures dropped 20 degrees, from the mid-90s to the low 70s. Still, I couldn't convince myself to throw a jacket in my backpack (after all, it's nearly May - in Phoenix! We were home by around 11:15 am. In the 70s for a long time. Sunday, December 21, 2008. I am happy to report that a visit to the chiropractor and some rest days helped and now my back is back :)! I never realized how important my back is and how much more careful I will treat it from now on! Dave's Work Christmas Party.
