Main reasons not enough sleep :] ] looking for a job and being out few times (my friend had a baby). Next two weeks I am planning to have a crash course so I can catch up with you :]. Some of you wanted to see a trophie, well I'll show you few old onces anyway :]. At the end of the day this blog is about me :]. 3years of training now, 10 trophies 2 medals. In about 8 competitions. Toke me a while to take a good picture in the right light. So, yh this is me right now, of course not in the "relaxing position". When I'm relaxed I basically looks the same as on the pictures below. Also pictures likely modified, increased shadow depth and improved colours (original pictures sort of green-ish).

They convinced me to do my exercises later on.Today was my first day of week 9 so that was a big mistake. I went to the beach though so maybe my soul got a much needed workout. The abdominater is here. Sunday, October 21, 2007. Week seven. SPARTA! This was a tough one. It was refreshing though to know that each exercise was the last round you would have to do. it made you really wanna push it.i did. The pull ups were hard cause im used to the chin ups.i was surprised how it got so much harder by adjusting your hands slighltly.i did it as 6 reps x 5. Then i did my usuall 4 rounds. The soreness is back in my legs now and i love it. This is sparta.hehe. Tuesday, October 16, 2007.

Still ere.did the same again. i just want to point out a mistake i made.the dumb bells were 13.8kilos not lbs.Still not much compared to some of you but im getting stronger every day.
