Okay, so I didn't do a 400 kcal burn today, I guess it's impossible to do that in 22 minutes, when you follow Arnels way of doing HIIT. :) - But hey, I'm in no hurry! I'm doing great, my mood is good and I'm getting my winner-mentality back. I'm no longer a "quitter", I'm a "completer"! No fatigue, no illness and no one can make me quit! I promise you that!

Those 3 kinds of push-ups nailed me to the wall, lol! Last day of week 4 tomorrow, where I'll be heading for the gym and the rowing machine.
