Mine is not an original except that I used apple cider vinegar instead of lemon juice (I'm sure others have used vinegar instead too). I tried making it with lemon juice, but me and the fam all agree- the vinegar version is better. 1 egg at room temp. 2 T apple cider vinegar at room temp. 1/2 t dry mustard. 1/2 t sea salt.
