I’m down 30lbs since starting WW back in Sept (? 8230; in recent weeks it’s been a game of just staying the same, not gaining. And now I’m tired of that. I WANT to lose weight. I want to feel better. It’s time to be serious. My targets for the week:. 8211; Drink water (Not pop, not coffee). 8211; Take my vitamins. All of them. 8211; Go to bed when I’m tired. No later than 10pm. December 11, 2013.
