Doing what I love and what I am passionate about! Friday, August 28, 2009. Minnesota State Fair or Bust! This is my motto for the next few days and I am completed pumped up! I love the Minnesota State Fair, the cows (yes, cows 1st), the people (family, friends and fair-goers alike), the butterheads (Princess Kay and Finalists too), and of course the food (Pronto pups, Deep Fried Cheese Curds, Flat Bread Tacos, and ICE CREAM Galore)! We will have a mighty large string of animals to care for at the fair.

Sykora made an investment this year into the Jersey breed by purchasing a Spring Calf at the Wisconsin Spring Spectacular Sale. And tonight Sykora and I made him a sweet treat to enjoy! It'll be a quick birthday celebration as I have to run off to the Sauk County Junior Holstein Meeting, which is also tonight!
