No sweets and eating after dinner. However as the year goes on it gets a little tougher. No purchasing any clothes/jewelry/shoes for myself (that's 30 whole days! No sweets, no specialty drinks and no fast food. Only eating fruits and veggies. One date night a month with my hubby. Run 500 miles this year. My four men and me.
