Supermom Syndrome: August 2012
http://wishiweresupermom.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Friday, August 17, 2012. About as big as a bell pepper or a sweet potato (around 5.5 inches or so). I don't know, actually. Definitely. Starting to pull out the shirts now. Not much this past week, unfortunately. Best moment this week? Something not baby-related, actually. We started homeschooling! Both of the boys are kindergarteners now, and things are going so well! This kid has decided to stop fluttering and start kicking! I still want potatoes and Mexican food. Anything making you queasy or sick?

Supermom Syndrome: January 2014
http://wishiweresupermom.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 8, 2014. Last Saturday, we had our whole family over to my parents' house to celebrate Matt's big birthday! It was lots of fun, and I managed to only get choked up a little bit as I remembered his rough beginning and thought about how insanely lucky and blessed we are to have him here with us. He dances to music, waves "bye," claps his hands, babbles like crazy, and is getting into everything! Anyway, on to the party! I thought it was a super cute idea! I set up a hot dog bar with a to...

Supermom Syndrome: December 2011
http://wishiweresupermom.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 29, 2011. No, this is not a movie review based on the comedy with Vince Vaughn and Reese Witherspoon (although that movie it pretty funny and I did watch it this year). We really had four Christmases this year. Rather than make four separate posts (Hello, repetition! I decided to spare you all and lump everything into one. Cue the applause. Get ready.it's gonna be long! First up: Christmas with the Whites (my grandparents, my aunt and uncle, and my cousin's family). My Me-ma and Pa-pa.

Supermom Syndrome: March 2012
http://wishiweresupermom.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 30, 2012. Shameless plug for Creative Memories: I use CM's Storybook Creator 4.0 software to do this. It's a one-time purchase, and its uses are completely endless. Basically, Photoshop for Dummies. Me = Dummy. It's digital scrapbooking software with limitless applications (I rarely scrapbook with it at all). Check it out on my best friend Andee's page. Also, I usually either make my own elements or snag them from the interwebz, which means they're FREE. :). Supermom Saves the Date. The tou...

Supermom Syndrome: December 2012
http://wishiweresupermom.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 7, 2012. Wow It's been four months since I updated! I'm so sorry. Things have been crazy busy around here, and rather than making multiple excuses, I'll just say that I'm lucky to still be alive (and so is everyone else within a 10-mile radius). Whew! I'll try to do better about making this a little more, um, current. About as big as a cantaloupe (ew! Around 5 pounds and 18 inches long. Probably about 20-25 pounds now. Yes I'm mostly living in my pj's these days. Best moment this week?

Supermom Syndrome: Matthew's Birth Story, Part One: Prelude to A Baby
http://wishiweresupermom.blogspot.com/2013/01/matthews-birth-story-part-one-prelude.html
Thursday, January 17, 2013. Matthew's Birth Story, Part One: Prelude to A Baby. So, we started the trip into Austin just as the New Year came in, watching fireworks explode in the sky as we were driving down the highway. We checked into L&D, I was hooked up to monitors, and we just waited. Without helping things to progress. Fun stuff. So, we went home. The next day, I had some pretty sore muscles, but I really felt great! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. All You Need is Love.

Supermom Syndrome: November 2011
http://wishiweresupermom.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 17, 2011. Half a year already! It's so hard to believe, but on the 10th, Miss Anna Beth was six months old! Yes, that's what I said! I know.it went way too fast. I, personally, prefer to live in denial, and have convinced myself that she's only a few weeks old and that she'll never, ever grow up because I don't want to lose my baby. She really wanted that cake. I had a hard time getting her to look at me. Don't forget to take off the .5 ounce for the diaper. Well read about it. I've wr...

Supermom Syndrome: April 2012
http://wishiweresupermom.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 17, 2012. The Gospel according to Zoe. This is the Gospel, according to Zoe. (Sorry for the awful pictures.). One day, God died on a cross.". Then, they all ate some food.". Then, Mary rode on a donkey.". And he put some dirt on that man's face.". And then they saw a MUMMY! At this point, I was laughing so hard I couldn't breathe. Poor Lazarus! I'm hoping that we'll get a chance to do the Old Testament next time. Can't wait to see what she does with that. EPISODE ONE: NOT A DOG PERSON.

Supermom Syndrome: February 2012

Monday, February 27, 2012. His mother has a symbol for him, something to hold on to, something to remind her of her baby boy. It's a clover. Within our little community of mothers, we decided that we wanted to do something in memory of Collins. What could be a more appropriate time than the upcoming St. Patrick's Day holiday? This is where you guys come in. We have recently launched a Clovers for Collins Facebook page. If you have children, please give them extra hugs and kisses. It must be wedding season.
