Wednesday, May 10, 2006. Sometimes being right is just no good at all. My sister called to let me know she won't be helping me paint tomorrow. I figured that. I've been waiting two months now for some help, and I really didn't expect to get it, so it isn't a surprise. I doubt she'll come over Thursday, either. I'm sure something will come up. I prepared the surfaces properly. I removed all of the hardware to paint it too. I used good quality paint and not the cheap stuff. Posted by Me @ 12:26 AM. I was t...

Saturday, May 06, 2006. Kitchen painting time. ick. If you've ever been in my kitchen, you know it's a 1956, totally knotty pine-covered situation. Cabinets (which, by the way, are solid wood! Well constructed, but so plain.) and planked walls. Wood EVERYWHERE! Okay, so maybe Kilz 2 primer isn't the miracle that it's touted to be. I switched to Bullseye 1-2-3. (I would have used B-I-N, but they didn't sell it here at Wal-Mart. Maybe if I go to Lowe's for a 5 gallon bucket. But will I need...Filling in ol...

Tuesday, August 14, 2007. ADSR2 - Challenges 8 and 9. This is the layout that I created for the ADSR2 Challenge #9. We had to scrap about our most embarrassing moment. I don't know if its my most embarrassing moment . but its the only one I can think of at the moment, so it will have to do. We had to use at least one ribbon, a tag and 2 different fonts while creating this page. This is what the journaling says:. Posted by Gina Schwans. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Digi Scrapper in AK: madeline' first try at photoshop
http://jamieconn.blogspot.com/2006/05/madeline-first-try-at-photoshop.html
Digi Scrapper in AK. Friday, May 26, 2006. Madeline' first try at photoshop. This page requires a little explaining. My daughter Madeline had a field trip to the Imaginarium. And I wasn't going to going to go, so I sent a disposable camera with her. She took most of these pictures, except the two with the reptiles. So I decided to see if she wanted to learn how to scrapbook them digitally, too, and she did. So last night I spent about an hour teaching her the basics of Photoshop. She did.
