Wednesday, May 15, 2013. कच्चे आम की बर्फी. सामाग्री :- (एक किलो बर्फी के लिए). आधा किलो कच्चा तोतापरी या कलमी आम ( उन आमो का प्रयोग न करें जो बहुत खट्टे होते है ). आधा किलो चीनी. देशी घी एक बड़ा चम्मच. 250 ग्राम खोया ( यदि मिलाना चाहे ). एक टी स्पून इलायची पावडर. खाने वाला चूना एक टी स्पून. मेवे अपनी इच्छानुसार. चाँदी का वर्क ( अपनी इच्छानुसार ). कैसे बनाएँ :-. Friday, 26 July 2013. मौसमी बुखार से निजात पाने के उपाय. बुखार के लिए कुछ घरेलू नुस्खे. एक गिलास पानी पतीले मे चढ़ा दें इसके अंदर दस तुलसी की पत्तियाँ. पाँच काली मिर्च के दाने. एक लौंग. एक चुटकी सेंधव नमक. अधिक तेज बुखार होने पर कच्चे आलू का टुकड़ा लेकर रोगी के तलुओं और हथेली मे रगड़ें. सुबह शाम पीने को दें ।. नोट :- मात्रा का ध्यान अवश्य रखें ।.
