Thursday, September 29, 2011. Bell peppers with vinegar and oregano. 4 sweet bell peppers, preferable a combination of yellow, red and orange. (I used yellow, red and green.). 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar. 1 teaspoon dried Mediterranean oregano. Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Saturday, June 25, 2011. 1 pint fresh strawberries. 1 cup chopped good quality chocolate or chocolate chips. 1/4 cup chopped white chocolate or white chocolate chips. 1 Early in the day, wash strawberries and drain on paper towel. It's important that the strawberries be absolutely dry when dipping in chocolate. 2 Line a baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper. 4 Holding the strawberry by the steam, dip it into the chocolate, lift and twist slightly, letting any excess chocolate fall back into the bowl.
