Denis Laporte, young sheep farmer of de Valley, accompanied with le National Parc of Pyenees, rewarded for the quality of his meadow. The Pays Toy is to be found 25 miles south of the pilgrimage town of Lourdes, the geographical limits are from the village of Luz St Sauveur to the Spanish border at Gavarnie, Bareges and the Col du Tourmalet to the east, the Ardiden massif to the west. Majestic summits (some rising to over 10000ft), grandiose scenery, it’s an area of great natural beauty.

The “doublon”,. Castrated male with a minimum age of 18 months, a carcass weight of a minimum of 25 kgs and having spent two summers in the high mountain pastures, from which it’s name originates (doublon = twice). This is the premium AOC Bareges Gavarnie product. So tender, such a delicate taste, so good.

Το Σάββατο σε. μαγνητοσκόπηση. Κυριακή, 14 Δεκεμβρίου 2008. ΣΟΒΑΡΟΤΙΣ. 10 ΜΕ ΤΟΝΟ! Αυτό που θα ήθελα να τονίσω είναι πως σε κανένα σημείο του αγώνα δε φάνηκε να πτοούνται οι ποδοσφαιριστές μας. Βρέθηκαν δύο φορές πίσω στο σκορ και μάλιστα τη δεύτερη με δύο γκολ διαφορά ωστόσο η ψυχολογία τους δεν επηρεάστηκε καθόλου διότι γνώριζαν ότι ήταν καλύτεροι και ότι άξιζαν να νικήσουν και ήταν αποφασισμένοι να μην αφήσουν άλλο παιχνίδι που ο ΑΟΠ να αξίζει τη νίκη να περάσει ανεκμετάλλευτο.
