Thursday, September 26, 2013. This morning we did sport PT at work. Not a bad jog/ sprint/ jump alternate cardio type event. Kept me moving pretty intensely for 45 minutes. Lunch time workout: stretch, 4x dips and chins, bench press with rotator cuff work thrown in between sets, squat, tri extensions and bi curls, stretch that I might have forgotten to do. Wednesday, September 25, 2013. Weight: Unsure but probably 30ish. Tuesday, September 24, 2013. Deadlift 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 245x5. D mil press 30x10x4.

Thursday, December 27, 2012. Back On The Pain Train. First day back after a week or so of sloth. Ran 2 easy miles. Wednesday, December 19, 2012. Ran to the gym. Squats warmup 45x3, 115x3, 145x3, 175x3. Working 205x3, 230x3, 260x3. Press wu 45x5, 65x5 working 80x3, 90x3, 105x3. Did some random stupid cable rows 85x10x3. Ran halfway home then walked the rest. Tuesday, December 18, 2012. This was a bit too easy really. Probably going to work some more PU/SU into the PM workout. Monday, December 17, 2012.

Rekryterna gav återigen bevis på bra vilja och det slogs inte mindre än fyra camp-rekord. Alice tog hem pokalerna för både ryggresningar och statisk mage/plankan. Bengt-Åke slog sitt förra rekord i upphopp vilket nu ligger på 76. Slutligen var det Johan som stod 10 minuter i jägarvila. Imponerande resultat! Instruktör Mårten kontrollerar och motiverar.
