Posted by Ash and Becky. Marissa is 2 months old! Marissa is two months old now, has almost doubled in weight (10 lbs, 3 oz) and has started to smile and be a lot more fun! She has a very expressive face and will often look at us with one eyebrow raised as we act like a bunch of idiots trying to make her smile!

We just stayed home and watched the countdown on TV, but we did have noisemakers. So at midnight, we made lots of noise and got silly with the noisemakers and Marissa slept through it all! Sunday is the only day that Xander will take a nap since he usually stays up late playing Xbox with daddy and then we have church at 8am. This Sunday he went into his playroom to watch a movie and got all set up with his blanket on and chair leaning back and fell asleep before it made it to the play menu. How relaxing. Monday, June 13, 2011. Here are a few of the highlights from our Happy Easter. Everyone had fun dying and designing eggs. The Easter Bunny visited our house Saturday morning. He knew we would at Papa's the next day so we were happy he could come a little early. Some eggs, some candy, some loot. After our egg hunt we headed to Oakley for the annual egg hunt put on by Papa and Dee. They always do a great job and the kids look forward to it every year. Papa and Laney Girl. They were very spoiled as usual.

Lucy had her dance recitial and was the most beautiful dancer (of course). Front row second from the left. Went on several fun campouts, including this one that we take each year with good friends.
