January 1, 2013. January 1, 2013. Something new this way comes……. How about using my own weight to strengthen myself, not the latest new handheld thing on sale at Costco. How about a few sit-ups on my bedroom floor or nice stretches done like the ancients. Less artificial entertainment, more mental stimulation through inspired reading and actual doing. Less time spent Googling. How to practice well. And use the Google time to. I will resolve to become more effective! Become more routine oriented again.

Quinoa, dill, mint, olive oil, pinenuts, lemon juice….I am eating it as I write and it isn’t finished being put together! I am supposed to add spinach leaves and feta too, which will require a run to the store, but it’s already sooooo good!
