I have been doing good walking all summer but I have not done great with the eating. So this week I have at a lot of veggies. I made some stir fried green beans one day they were yummy! I love the beach and wish we had the resources to stay there all of the summer months. Now days everything cost a fortune so I don't see this ever happening.
