{ tara goes streaking }: Day 78 (Feb 13): 4.25 miles
http://taragoesstreaking.blogspot.com/2014/02/day-78-feb-13-425-miles.html
My favorite gear }. Friday, February 14, 2014. Day 78 (Feb 13): 4.25 miles. 425 miles. 44:43. 10:31 pace. Here's what happened. I had EVERY intention of running at LEAST 6 miles today. My ghetto treadmill had other ideas for me. Karl had started mentioning that sometimes he feels like his foot sticks to the deck. The belt isn't slipping or anything (we fixed that issue) but he couldn't really explain what it felt like or what could possibly be happening. And then you're all of a sudden not hot anymore?

Running 135 miles across Death Valley and back in July and other ultra adventures. Scatter my ashes here. Scatter my ashes in the desert. Saturday, September 27, 2008. Don't you have anything better to do? It occurred to me on my run the other morning that I'm coming up on my 25th anniversary of being a runner. I consider my starting date to be January 1984. It deserves some sort of celebration. More on that in a future blogpost. Why do you do it? That wouldn't be productive. Every four years we are remi...

Journey to Badwater: Hissy Fit!

Running 135 miles across Death Valley and back in July and other ultra adventures. Scatter my ashes here. Scatter my ashes in the desert. Friday, February 1, 2013. Today was one of those loosey-goosey mornings. I took the girls out for their morning run, and Isabelle wanted to come home after 2 miles, so we went home and then I went back out with Iris. Iris has a way of finding the geese, with her built-in GPS app, which means goose poop sniffing if you're new to the blog. She doesn't seem to understand ...

Na correria: Admirável mundo novo
http://fabinacorreria.blogspot.com/2009/01/admirvel-mundo-novo.html
Badwater Ultramarathon - Corrida no Deserto. Arrowhead Ultramarathon - Corrida no Gelo. Gente, vocês entenderam?

Next thing I know it we're ascending a few small hills and some people are starting to slide around and it's crowded. surely this race can't be such a cluster f&*@! Nacho's Aid station - mile 36.60. I'm ready for food, real food and they have it!
