I went swimming twice last week. They have a lift at the pool which was real nice. I can move more freely and stretch better in the water. It was a good experience. My wife needed to stay close in case I lost my footing, she also held me up as I swam on my back. Wednesday, June 16, 2010. Covering All the Bases. Tuesday, June 15, 2010.

VA Telenurse conversation on leg issues. Calling 800 329-8387, option 4, then option 3, option 3 again. 8:10am holding off on ER, see previous post. Continuous problems with left foot. I'm listing here stuff I find to alleviate pain I'm having with my left foot. Currently using booties issued by VA on Friday, Nov 19th 2010. 206-277-661...
