Thursday, October 20, 2011. Where There's a Will, There's a Weigh. On my previous blogpost, I was bemoaning the problems I've been having with my weight. Over the last couple of years, the medication I was taking gave me terrible sugar cravings. How am I doing? My starting weight was 11st 2lbs. I'm only just over 5ft 3ins. My usual weight has always been between. 8st 12lb and 9st 7lbs. None of my clothes fitted me. The more weight I put on, the less I was moving about. It was well worth the visit! 2 Drin...

That Other Boleyn Gal. Examining the characters and persons of those who are known as The Tudors. The Six Wives Of Henry VIII Catherine of Aragon part 1. The Six Wives of Henry VIII (1970,). Starring Keith Michelle as Henry, is one of my absolute favorite renditions of the story of the Tudors. What the series lacks in glitz and expensive sets is more than made up for in its realism and historical accuracy. Considering that this was an age where poisoning. Was not unheard of, the horrid possibility that s...

That Other Boleyn Gal. Examining the characters and persons of those who are known as The Tudors. Juana the Mad: truly mad or a tragic victim? Juana aka Juana la Loca, or Juana the Mad. Was born on 6, November 1479. Though she led a tortured existence, she would live until age 75. Wednesday, June 29, 2011. It's enough to Drive me Bonkers! Hello my dear Bloggeroos! I had a (mostly). Lovely weekend. On Sunday it was my great nephew Toby's Christening. As you know by now, my family love an excuse for a Party. Once again, we had the usual Disco and Buffet. My son, Phil and his family came down from Darlington. My niece, Emily came up from Wiltshire and we all met Jensen, the newest member of our clan. As I said, it was mostly. Lovely. Sunday was perfect, but. I absolutely hate driving.
