Shown in the photo, below, but thought this needed some more sweetener. I added coconut. To give it a sweet taste. Similar to my Carrot Raisin Salad recipe. 1 head green cabbage. 1/3 cup shredded flaked coconut. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 3 tbsp sesame seeds. 2 tbsp lemon juice. Chill for an hour and serve! Day 4 – Raw Curried Cabbage Salad.
