He shaved the last few strips of meat from the rotating spit, carried four tables and sixteen short stools into his shed, and swept the 16x16 area in front of his shop. We walked by Hussein's doner stand at least seven times each day. Each time we passed the shop Sheffield cried out enthusiastically, "My friend! Hussein won our little man's heart one French fry at a time.
