If you have a high clearance 4-wheel drive vehicle. You can drive up to the trailhead, or you can do as I did: Park along the highway (across from the Monarch Lodge) and hike one mile up the road. More than just a crazy bike ride. We had more than 70 riders complete more than 2100 laps on Saturday, exceeding all expectations for the first-ever Lake Alice 100! Records were broken, dreams were fulfulled, and we had a great time to boot! Our youngest riders were ages 3 and 4 (2 laps each!
