Strava Tips & Tools. Strava Tips and Tools. January 15th, 2015. Echo H2: Stick On, Wearable Lactate, Heart Rate & Glucose Measuring Tool. At the moment it seems all such devices only transmit data using Bluetooth protocols. Brief History - amigosdelciclismo.eu

http://amigosdelciclismo.eu/brief-history/4584120714

A Brief History of our Group. It all started in 2005. When a cyclist in La Marina placed an advert in a local free newspaper inviting road cyclists to meet in Guadamar for steady club run rides on Sundays. On many occasions only 2 or 3 riders would turn up, on a good day, 7 or 8 riders would be present; we kept going. We had a nucleus of half a dozen riders and decided to add Wednesdays to the rides, (meeting that day at Quesada). The summer of 2008. This gave people options of differing types of rides.
