Saturday, April 18, 2009. First trip to the zoo. We took the kids to the zoo for the first time today, and all had a great time. The twins walked around at first while Sarah rode in the stroller, then Jimmy and Katie wanted to ride so I carried Sarah in the sling. She was so comfy she had an extra little nap before lunchtime while we strolled through the Florida exhibit. The underwater windows into the fish and manatee pools, and plenty more. There are several more photos from our day on the April 2009.

Letters to my daughters. Monday, March 30, 2009. Then, when we walked into the reception there were bags waiting for them full of things to keep them entertained during the reception: a tiara, lip gloss (Mikayla's favorite), Pooh books (Brianna's favorite), bubbles, coloring book, and crayons. I was so nervous that they would both freeze, or one would freeze, but they were perfect! The ringbearer went first, and he started crying and sat in the middle of the aisle! They were so so good! Letters to my daughters. Monday, August 31, 2009. No self esteem issues here. I have always said that I want my girls to have high self esteem, and know how amazing they are. Well, don't know if we've gone overboard with complimenting them ;). Awhile ago Mikayla said, "Mommy when Joshua's born he's going to say, Wow, Mikayla you're so beautiful". LOL. Then, today, Brianna said, "Mommy we are best friends". I said, "Yes we are :) ". Brianna said, "I'm just so wonderful". LOL. They fill me with such joy :).

Letters to my daughters. Thursday, June 25, 2009. It is hot hot hot outside. We have been staying cool by going to the YMCA pool, free movies that are offered for kids over the summer, trips to the mall, and the spray park. My mom started today by taking the girls out for the morning. She is going to do this on Thursdays during the summer. It was a really nice break for me this morning.
