July 28, 2015. Well it has been so long since I blogged I feel I need to. My dr took me to the new pediatric dose 2.5mg of saphris. On for 3 weeks. Off for 2 he said. Use halodol with cogentin prn for agitation. Well…coming off the saphris on my 2 week mark was a NO GO…I HATED MYSELF THAT WAY. Total roller coaster! So I went back on the next day. Life is good. September 10, 2015. I have not blogged in awhile. It has been rough. Last week I had therapy (talk therapy, cbt) and my anxiety was worsening…it had been since starting school. My dr had added celexa thinking it would help with social anxiety…noooo! Dreaded panic attacks. Now these are not the debilitating kind I have had before where I feel like dying. This is just major anxiety. I did get an emergency appointment with my dr within a day thank God. He doubled the xanax (and the haldol for emergencie...
