What you can do. ALIANZA is a non-profit, rural community health project in Comitancillo, San Marcos, Guatemala founded and coordinated by Registered Nurse Rebekah Shoop. In Guatemala, medicare is nonexistent. In rural communities, access to basic health care is virtually nonexistent.
