Jeffrey Michael Walcott Photography: October 2010

http://blog.jeffreymwalcott.com/2010_10_01_archive.html

Sunday, October 31, 2010. My friend Katie is applying to graduate school for theater. She's got alot of talent and needed some headshots for her application and resume. I was able to help her out over the Halloween weekend and think we came up with some solid images. Good luck to Katie and I hope you all enjoy the photos. Comments or questions are welcome. Enjoy. Monday, October 11, 2010. 60th Birthdays and Scarlet and Gray. Early morning walk to the stadium. Trying on new clothes at the college bookstore.

Jeffrey Michael Walcott Photography: Desert Forest

http://blog.jeffreymwalcott.com/2014/08/desert-forest.html

Saturday, August 9, 2014. I was able to spend a weekend on the summit of Mount Lemmon, a 9157' peak and was constantly struck by the stark beauty of this world. Trees grew from the dry ground and although the green was expansive, a view from the top showed how quickly this growth dropped back towards the desert valley. Aperlite YH-500N Review – by C.S. Muncy. There’s a long and storied history when it comes to third party flashes over the last thirty years. Back when I sold cameras, people would automatically assume they needed to buy a flash from the corresponding company. Buying a Nikon? That’s the theory, anyways. I used to be one of those brand loyalists. In many ways, I still am. My SB-900. I was recently sent an Aperlite YH-500N. Generally speaking, I was very happy with it the light output was consistent, the co...
