BODEGA SAN MIGUEL, SINCE 1956. 8230;since then thousands of visitors, tourists, distributors and retailers have come to visit our winery, taste our wines and discover the Village of Ausejo. The winery was founded by 191 cooperative members, who gathered their determination and resources to build a winery with their own hands and in their free time. In 1956 a winery is built with the help of an architect, a bricklayer and workforce of the 191 members and their families. INITIAL CAPACITY OF 1,700,000L.

Nowadays although the making process is done in stainless steel tanks because of its advantages, storage and settling period takes place in concrete tanks. Actually new wineries, which have stainless steel tanks, also build concrete ones for wine storage. Graduated in Chemistry in La Rioja University (1995-1998).
