Enjoy! 2 lbs Chicken Breasts. 2 Tsp Soy Sauce. 1 Tsp Garlic Powder. Cut Chicken Breasts into large chunks. Place the Chicken in a large bowl and add the Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Bijol, Adobo, Garlic Powder, and Oregano. Let the Chicken marinate for at least 30-minutes. I recently got a craving for Tostones, I used to have them as a child back in Venezuela. They are fried green plantains. I decided to look for a baked version of the recipe online and stumbled on this one. I love it, its typically eaten as a snack or a side dish to your general meal. Hope you like it as much as I do. 2 Teaspoon Olive Oil. Peel the Green Plantains and slice them into 1/2" - 1" thick pieces. Lightly coat a glass container (large enough to fit the pieces) with the Non-Stick Spray.

Put oil in a wok over high heat until warm. Add the Onion Strips, cook and stir until they start to brown ( 5-minutes). Add Zucchini Strips, cook and stir for about 1-minute.
