Wednesday, May 1, 2013. This day has been coming. Gradually Ella has become less and less interested in breastfeeding. But Monday I officially decided to stop altogether. Then Tuesday morning I woke up and breastfed her one last time. I'm emotional today about it. My boobs are sore and I want to pump. But I'm not. I know this will pass. And I know it was time to stop. But even though I've done this before it doesn't make it any easier. I'm mourning today. On a lighter note. What do you say to that?

Wednesday, July 29, 2015. So anyway, we are hitting it hard with the summer activities for the next few weeks. After the movie, we finally hit up the Myriad Gardens splash pad. We went two years ago and I remember sitting and nursing tiny Porter while Jares chased Paxton around, so it was a little crazy to see them both running around full-speed this time. Porter was the kid walking up to the big kids who were hogging the best waterfalls and just scooting himself in next to them so he could enjoy them too.
