The Archibalds: May 2015
http://thomandbrittany.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 20, 2015. We finally took our first vacation with just our little family. We had been wanting to do something for a while and finally decided on taking the kids to the beach. Mainly because the boys were begging to go some time. We went to Port Aransas for three days and were definitely not disappointed. The kids especially enjoyed the splash pad there. With that done, it was time to head back to Port A, get some dinner, and attempt a somewhat decent bedtime. The only downside was how incr...

The Archibalds: December 2014
http://thomandbrittany.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 1, 2014. Thanksgiving and Daddy's Birthday. The thursday before Thanksgiving Graham's preschool had an adorable presentation and feast. He made these feather hats and each feather had something they were thankful for written on it. Jacks thought it was so cool that he insisted on making one for the whole family when we got home. Jackson is getting into a big crafting stage and I love it. He loves to create things and is so proud of his hard work after. We pulled into town just in time fo...

The Archibalds: Swim Lessons
http://thomandbrittany.blogspot.com/2015/07/swim-lessons.html
Tuesday, July 7, 2015. Jackson and Graham did swim lessons. This was Jacks' second year and Graham's first. Jackson was so excited because, well . . . he's Jackson. Graham was so excited he was big enough to do it too. They did get a lot better. Jackson can even swim on his own . . . for the most part. And Graham gained more confidence in the water. I was pretty excited to see that you had a new blog post! Cute, cute pictures! July 8, 2015 at 11:33 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). You Are My Fave.

http://archibaldisms.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 30, 2014. Thom and Brittany and Jackson, Graham and Jane joined us for a whole week surrounding Thanksgiving! We super loved having them here. Brittany is a great running buddy and kitchen cleaner and our kids played really well the whole time they were here (it got a little bit less good towards the end but I would still say they were all good! And serving everything buffet style. It was my first time cooking the entire meal for company. Not that I did all the cooking. Between C...The o...

Archibaldisms: State football practice
http://archibaldisms.blogspot.com/2015/04/state-football-practice.html
Friday, April 10, 2015. We were given the opportunity to watch the Mississippi State Football team practice! These football players are HUGE! I thought Chris was big, but he looks on the smaller side of average compared to many of the football players. When we were given a tour of the locker room, we found a pair of shoes that were actually bigger than Chris'. I didn't think that was possible. :). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). New carpet and tile. Stake Conference, the Masters and school bus waiti.

Archibaldisms: September 2014
http://archibaldisms.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, September 20, 2014. Taking a tree down. Our friend noticed that this tree had a large crack where a large branch that hung directly over our house connected to the main trunk. It seemed one strong wind away from falling on our house. Luckily for us, this same friend told us that he happens to enjoy taking down trees, has all the right gear and would do it for us for free! And now we have SOOOOOO MUUUUUUUUUUCH debris to cut into pieces and haul somewhere to burn. Anyone want some firewood? Last ...

Archibaldisms: Spring accomplishments
http://archibaldisms.blogspot.com/2015/04/spring-accomplishments.html
Friday, April 10, 2015. Frederick has successfully cut in 4 molars and got his last rounds of immunizations until Kindergarten Boosters! Also Freddy successfully sits still for a few minutes at the library! Charlie started playing Coach-Pitch baseball! During his first game, as an outfielder, he was able to get the ball a lot but didn't quite know what to do with it when he got it. I was wanting to shout out and tell him where to throw it, but I confess I had no idea myself! Alec is very proud. He ma...

Archibaldisms: January 2015
http://archibaldisms.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 30, 2015. Eletrical/plumbing and an initial tour of the new upstairs. Also while Chris was gone, they framed in the opening into the new space upstairs and started on electrical/plumbing. New upstairs hallway: with a bathroom on the left, a bedroom straight a head and another bedroom up to the right. The last, larger bedroom has a beautiful view of the backyard. Tuesday, January 27, 2015. Heating/Cooling, EAVES and connecting old and new. It was insane. Anytime you look out any window...

Archibaldisms: March 2015
http://archibaldisms.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 27, 2015. Getting into the details. Here are two pictures of the kids bedroom right now. They've actually done really good about sharing a room. The only hard time is bedtime or clean up time when they just get so distracted teasing, hitting, or playing with each other. Also it's rough in the morning. When one gets up, they all get up whether it be 5:15 or 7:00. Anyone able to help? The side of the house that is currently the official front with the front door on the right. No one ever ...
