Friday, 3 April 2009. 3 Apr, 2009 - Exciting news! On a separate note: yesterday, a piece of work I had completed was handed back to me with an A . And an offer of work. Potential publication. Several of my tutors wish to copy it for their records, and a copy will be entering a major library. I am over the moon, and have suddenly remembered why I love what I do, despite the copious amounts of caffeine, late nights and distinct lack of pay. Just sometimes, life is all worth the effort.

Thursday, 19 March 2009. 19 Mar, 2009 - Whitewash and glass boxes. Another tough week just beginning. This weekend I travelled. This morning I cried. Over the last week, I have had much on my mind. Some of it, pointless. Other parts, vital. I have been in a bit of a daze, not considering my place, because it was easier not to. There have been good moments, but somehow they also became lost in the grey blur of existence. I plan to change this. It makes me wonder - why do we attempt to shelter these things?

It stated; “Religion [focuses on] the essential homelessness of the human spirit…”. If I actually was at home, I would become comfortable. Friday, 20 February 2009. 20 Feb, 2009 - Please skip. These two words were attatched to a post-it note on my neighbour's door yesterday. They made me think rather deeply - a rare feat for any two little words. But I hope, one day, that we all will realise that rhythmically leaping towards the sky is a religious act in itself, and can become the joy of our whole lives.
