Widebeam Boat Build Blog: August 2013

http://boatbuildblog.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html

Widebeam Boat Build Blog. We wanted a widebeam but didn't fancy the price tag. Here's how i did it. Friday, 16 August 2013. Making Keel Cooling For A Friend. A very good friend of mine had a new engine fitted recently. The boat was an ex hire boat and only had a 35hp engine which is fairly normal for a hire fleet boat. Widebeam Boat Build Blog: Navigation Lights

http://boatbuildblog.blogspot.com/2014/04/navigation-lights.html

Widebeam Boat Build Blog. We wanted a widebeam but didn't fancy the price tag. Here's how i did it. Thursday, 3 April 2014. We are off in under 2 weeks eek! Final preparations now for the continent include extra navigation lights. Since the boat was built it has always had port and starboard lights (red and green). Mine are like these. But the continentals are a bit more picky about navigation lights. I did however in preparation put in the roof a socket to add a masthead light. Stern light (bolted down).

Widebeam Boat Build Blog. We wanted a widebeam but didn't fancy the price tag. Here's how i did it. Friday, 26 July 2013. As I went up the stairs the other day I was hit by a waft of heat coming from the back of the fridge which is a built in one. When I felt the element on the rear of the fridge I was shocked by just how hot it was. Out came my trusty digital thermometer and showed 65c! Friday, July 26, 2013. Links to this post. Wednesday, 3 July 2013. Which is not ideal for a diesel and is only. All on...
