Wed, Sep. 24th, 2008, 07:29 am. Finally seem to have broken my weight loss plateau and am down another 12 lbs. making my total loss 120 lbs. I can wear jeans now, which is AWESOME! I love the changes in the weather! Fall is my favorite time of year! I have so much more energy when it is cooler. I am looking forward to sweats and sweaters this winter as I was always too hot to wear them before. Now with less insulation I get cold, which is a huge change for me.
