Initially the club was six members strong but it wasn’t long before it had doubled in size and the club organized their first official swim workout time, once a week at the St. Catharines YMCA. Next came the addition of a head coach and Brick workout followed shortly after. From this point on the club has never looked back! With a great membership base, a sense of community and wellness, and a mission for a healthy lifestyle, we hope to continue to grow and help people accomplish their goals.
