Chasm, rock sculptured by the force of the river. Rugged landscape on the way to Cromwell. Sunset at Lake Dunstan. Hooker Valley swing bridge. View of snow-capped mountain from the campsite. Tuesday, December 05, 2006. Start from Elanda Point in Lake Cootharaba. Brett an Bek fighting against the wind. The water was too shallow to paddle so we(they) had to walk the canoes. On the summit of Mt Ngungun. After a swim/walk at King Beach in Caloundra. The scenery of the Glass House Mountains and the sunset were also very beautiful. To top it off we had tasty fish and chips at the Hawken Village for dinner and that really made our fantastic day complete without a flaw! Its been a while.

Sunday, April 29, 2007. Along the rail road. Cars waiting for the train to pass. A house next to a railway. A flock of white birds in the green field. A farmer is driving his machine to prepare the field for growing rice. A canal under the railway. In the far distance behind the rice paddy, there are new houses and the high-voltage power line nearby. Quite an interesting combination, I think. Posted by Where I Am @ 9:44 PM. Saturday, April 28, 2007. Sunset behind the fisherman village on the mainland.
