About this crazy lady. It be cool on a very hot day. Yes, i like kayaking. It was nice. Easy enough to do, except for getting out of the damned thing. That took some work. But the lil boat is stable, and it was fun. I will do that again. For sure. Soon i think. EMS has a sale on a nice starter one. I may go buy it for me tomorrow. Why not? Who are you, little i. About this crazy lady. Finally got on the bike. Felt good. The bugs are crazy though. Must use repellant around the head, and that is not what i want. Yesterday i did nothing. Got up early, did laundry, some cleaning, and then, napped. Drove a bit, listened to music loud all day. No bike though. Today, in a few moments i will get up and go do a ride. Tomorrow is workout day after work. I think i will do mon weds fri for the gym. Goals stated. Now work em! Who are you, little i. New cockpit on the trek.

About this crazy lady. I took mom to see dad yesterday. good visit, he was awake and talkative, and we walked around a bit and outside. That was nice. I don’t think he gets to go outside at all now. sucks because he was always outside before. The house there is all cleaned out, and ready to get on the market. sad. so very sad. I wish that there was some way to change things, but time goes on. Some things you just can’t predict. Got my subaru tuesday. i like it. I really need to ride! What am I doing?

About this crazy lady. Bringing back muscle memory. Went to the gym after work. Did 15 minutes on the spin cycle, mainly cuz it has no electronics, just cycling. Then did tricep curls, bicep barbell curls, chest presses, lat plus back and front, delt lifts, then on the treadmill for 5 minutes cool down. Saturday, August 8, 2015 12:19 pm at 12:19 pm. About this crazy lady. It has been cloudy a lot lately. both inside and outside. My brain is tired. My body is tired of the winter. I had wondered how I would fare when I had to go out every day in the cold, after spending so many years avoiding it. I suppose next winter I will be more acclimated to all of this work stuff. Next week is new mouth day. A day of pain and misery, but of great joy. The constant pain will be gone, replaced by a few days of different pain, then I sure hope no more pain. Subject...

About this crazy lady. I am going to do another photo month. August. only use my dslr. No phone pics. Or have them as extras. I need a diversion from my lonely life. The tdf has been disappointing. no one has really attacked froome yet. they try half heartedly, but give up when he matches. he is not that superior that he can sustain it. unless he is boosting. so far, action has been limited.
