Wednesday, June 7, 2017. Her costume was beautiful and they did the cutest dance to Happy Working Song from Enchanted. And of course she loves to show off all of the ballet positions. She had a great time in dance this year. Next year she says she'd like to try gymnastics and little Miss Avery seems pretty suited to that so I think we'll give it a go. Tuesday, April 21, 2015. Our Avery Jane, aka Avy girl is 18 months old! She’s always been happy by day but now that she feels better the silliness is really shining through. Can we say Samuel Junior? She runs with the typical toddler high step and it’s about the cutest thing you’ll ever see. She also likes to push a chair over to the counter and help herself to whatever she finds. Tuesday, March 31, 2015. If you watch Cauillou, then cue the song “It’s Spring, It’s Spring, we’re really glad it’s Spring! 8221; song. If you’ve never seen that delightful show then thank your lucky stars right now. Ha! Anyway, we love warm weather! We also love the ability to start school at 7:30 in order to make time to go out and explore. Today we headed to Oxley Nature Center. We will definitely be returning very soon. These two see hiking a little differently than I do! I could just eat her up.

Tuesday, April 7, 2015. We had a beautiful Saturday and a dreary Sunday for Easter weekend this year. So we hunted eggs on Saturday and dressed up on Sunday. As always the kids had fun and the adults enjoyed watching. Uncle Mike got some bonding time with Baby Dean during the egg hunt. Group pictures are like herding cats. One shoe off and one shoe on…. A few setbacks including a girl who colored on the floor. Took them awhile to figure out the towels werent helping much. Will said, Ill clean it up Mommy. Magic eraser to the rescue! Tuesday, April 15, 2014. I REALLY need to keep up with this a bit better! What has happened in the past two years? Lets see.Sean has gotten another surgery on his ankle. Hopefully this one turns out a bit better than the last one. He was out of work for 10 weeks for plenty of recovery time. We have been enjoying the warmer spring nights out by our new firepit that Sean and Houstin built. It is very relaxing and we love cooking smores, hot dogs and dutch oven dinners on it.
