Ow, my bones. Hi I'm new in here. I just had a great day, despite the fact that I went to my Fitness and only worked out half an hour because I was so exausted from not having eating anything else than an apple, a banana and a bread with cheese (oh cheese, sits on my bones as fat! She was like "respect me", "think about me! She's 18 years old, about two months older than I am, and I really felt like the grown-up there. She was like "don't drop out of school if you get disappointed! I love my school.

Ow, my bones. I hate the evenings, because I always get hungry and start eating. luckily I eat healthy food as salad or fruit. but I really want an unhealthy snack right now but we don't have any. This is my food schema for today is like this:. 700 - 1 apple. 1045 - 1 banana. 1707 - 1 bread with cheese and a red pepperfruit. 1800 - 2 portions of mixed salad and half a breaded fish filet. 2200 - 1 portion of mixed salad.
