Eating healthful and delicious gluten-free, low-sugar, and vegan food. Monthly Archives: October 2013. What I Ate Wedneday. While I was cooking my oatmeal, I started out with a small handful of gluten-free puffins, which I rarely have but we usually get one box a month for a treat when we go to Trader Joes. I don’t find they fill me up enough for breakfast though. Next up: lunch. I’m trying to eat more protein so I wanted to make sure I got a good amount in at lunch. My mom is cute and always asks me for...

Vegan food in the southern new hampshire/boston area. Newer posts →. December 7, 2010. First, I thought I’d share with you the fact that one of my more popular Google hits is the search term “tasty sandwiches.” This means I’m doing my job. http://veganmathematician.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 26, 2010. This year, I went to a Thanksgiving potluck that was hosted by some other students from my graduate program. I was pretty sure that I would be the only vegan at the potluck, so I decided to make my own version of a few of the "staple" dishes that other people had volunteered to bring. I also made some vegan side dishes and desserts to share with everyone. Here is what I made:. Cornbread with vegan honey butter. Sweet potatoes and apples in an "autumn spice"-flavored sauce.

Lauren wants to be healthy: April 2011
http://laurenwantstobehealthy.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Lauren wants to be healthy. Monday, April 25, 2011. My stepmom emailed us the photos from Violet's birthday party. This picture is total Classic Violet. We told her to pose for the picture (before she made her wish) and this what we got. I love it. All last week I was making green juice and doing yoga each morning upon waking. Today that did not happen. But I am definitely going to get back on it tomorrow. Was put on hold this weekend but it is coming back straight away. Is a really beautiful song. I hav...

No can't waits. Catch up: married…twice. December 20, 2014. December 20, 2014. Today is the first official day of winter break. Ha-noodle! I will return to work on January 5th (Ok – I will probably go to school on Monday to work and copy but being at school without children is 99.9% less difficult). Let’s back track to June – ehhh – half a year ago and play catch up. My college friend/old friend/close friend officiated, we got to stand up front with our siblings, and we composed simple vows to each other...
