Every day when I step foot outside, I'm reminded that I'm constantly being surprised. Here are a list of things that surprise me about China:. 1-The most frequent.the smells (most of them are not so good). 2-Lots of cars and not so many scooters (so sad, we dearly loved seeing 4-6 people on scooters). 5-Texting is the easiest way to communicate.and cheap. From Coats to Changsha. Adventures of The Bart Family in China. May 28, 2010. One good thing about going to China for 2 years.we're being very intentional about spending time with people. Thanks to Lucas and Tinsley, we were able to enjoy a weekend at the beach with their family. It was GREAT! The water was freezing cold, but that didn't hinder the boys. We'll treasure these times with friends because we know we will really miss them when we're literally on the other side of the world! Posted by The Barts.

It will take a while before it will look shaggy. Maybe by then you can bribe him to get a haircut. :) Carter hated it when I took him to Caseys to get his cut. He was much younger then, too. During our hospital visit, Oliver (right) assisted Jon.he works with our school and was a great help.we really like Oliver.
