这是偶送给 《你》. 而且里面还有斑马。。。 是 《斑马奶油蛋糕》. 哈哈。。。 就是 《你》. 偶滴三八好姐妹》》》 米罗小姐. 哈哈。。。 哈哈。。。 当百香果遇上可可。。。 呵呵。。。 1） 先制作百香果面糊：. 2） 把过筛的粉类及百香果汁分两次加入，拌均匀成无粉粒面糊，置边。 3） 再做可可面糊：. 4） 把过筛的粉类及牛奶分两次加入，拌均匀成无粉粒面糊，置边。 5） 最后打发蛋白霜：. 冰蛋白先打起泡沫，加入柠檬汁及幼糖 （分两次加入）. 6） 分出两份量的蛋白霜，一份混入百香果面糊里，用橡皮刮刀沿着盘边反转及画圈圈的方式拌均匀。 7） 另一份混入可可面糊里，用橡皮刮刀沿着盘边反转及画圈圈的方式拌均匀。 8） 交替放入两种面糊入模里 （或随自已喜欢的方式放入）. 65292;抹平表面，轻敲几下，使较大的气泡敲出来。 9） 放进已预热至170度的烤箱，烘烤20分钟，然后把温度调至150度继续烘烤30分钟至熟。 10） 烤好取出马上倒扣，待凉后脱模取出切块即可享用。 软绵松软。。。重点是不会甜，而且还很香哦！ 是有成功的，漂亮的倒出来啦！！ O. 65288;150ml X 4份）. 5A...

所以呢。。。 呵呵。。。有圆圆的。。。表面也滑滑的。。。 用的是日本蜜薯。。。带有浅浅的黄。。。 有香哦！ 蜜薯泥 - 130g （ 把蜜薯蒸熟压成泥状，放凉备用）. 幼糖 - 75g （偶放60g）. 清水 - 115g （偶放140g）. 1） 将1/3的清水加入速发酵母，搅拌均匀。 2） 把以过筛的分类，蜜薯泥，幼糖，酵母水放入刚盘里，慢慢加入其余的清水，一边加入水份一边搓揉均匀成团状。 3） 再把油分次的加入，揉均匀。 4） 直接把面团分割出12小份 （每个约50g）. 65292;掌心抹上少许的油，把小面团滚圆，放在香蕉叶上。 5） 再用掌心轻轻压一下面团 （微扁）. 65292;排入蒸笼里，盖上锅盖， 置边待发30分钟. 65288;用手指轻轻按一按，表面有弹性）. 6） 把锅里的水烧热，放上蒸笼，转中火，蒸12分钟至熟。 7） 蒸好熄火 （别先打开锅盖）. 65292;在锅盖边开一小条细缝 （约5-10分钟）. 8） 取出喜板，放凉即可享用。 不同品种的薯类，水份量都不一样，请以现实状况自行做添加。 原来它疯魔所有人是有理由的。。。 呵呵。。。 7) 待完全凉透，不要脱模&#...

哈。。。 哈哈。。。 发的很高。。。脚下也露出来了。。。 不添加任何色素，是自已打的纯天然的香兰液。。。好香哦！ 1） 将冰蛋黄及幼糖用搅拌器搅拌均匀，加入玉米油拌均匀。 2） 把过筛的粉类和香兰精华液分两次加入，拌均匀成无粉粒面糊，置边备用。 3） 冰蛋白先打起泡沫，加入柠檬汁及幼糖 （分两次加入）. 4） 挖1/3份量的蛋白霜混入面糊里，用橡皮刮刀沿着盘边翻转及画圈圈的方式拌均匀。 5） 再将面糊倒入其余的蛋白霜内混合均匀，倒入模里，抹平表面，轻敲几下，使较大的气泡敲出来，然后在表面上撒入一些椰丝干。 6） 放进已预热至160度的烤箱，烘烤20分钟，然后把温度调至150度继续烘烤30分钟至熟。 7） 烤好取出马上倒扣，待凉后脱模取出切块即可享用。 即溶椰浆粉 = Instant Coconut Cream Powder，一般超市都买得到。 香兰精华液是用数片香兰叶 （洗净，剪小段）. 65292;加入适量的水，用搅拌机（Blender)搅拌隔渣出来的汁，用小瓶子装起，. 烤香的椰丝干，配搭一起吃，真的很好吃！ 哈哈。。。 话不多说。。。 4) 再慢慢加入玉米油，继续揉均匀。 8） 然后...
