Sunday, December 27, 2009. My garage has a certain. To it We haven't parked a car in it for over seven years. Half of the garage is a boathouse, the other half is a blacksmith's smithy. Needless to say, plastic never did that much for me. The paddle, I believe, is as important to one's paddling experience as the canoe. Like a hammer to a blacksmith or a fly rod to an angler, it's your primary tool to. My response is always the same: "Why do you need so many shoes? I love my bent-shaft carbon paddles....

Life as I Know it 2. Monday, March 24, 2008. So the Charity Ball was amazing! At the end of the night there was 21,000 dollars raised for the united way! I had a ton of fun walking around like i was importans becasue there was a ton of big wigs there, but in the end, as always, i was on the dance floor busting a move! Lots of catching up. Christmas happened, and it was wonderful! I love Christmas, and Jacob loves candy, so it was a good deal for the both of us :). A bunch of awesome people came over to our house and made gingerbread (graham cracker) houses. It was so fun and we felt so cool to have real live friends at our real live house! He talked to mom, and the rest of us to, but mom's the most important. (and coincidentally had the cutest picture while on the phone with him :). Kim came to visit from Taiwan!
