Rustic South African Food. It’s all about the braai. My own version of the burger is very close to skinless boerewors, and does not contain anything but meat and spices. 5g Ground Black Pepper. Mix together everything and form patties. Mix together olive oil and BBQ sauce. Once the patties are done, all that is left to do, is to butter a hamburger roll, add some sliced tomato, pickles and lettuce and then add a patty on top and enjoy. BURGER OVER THE COALS.
