January 13, 2015. Whenever I go to a Mexican restaurant, the first thing I order is Con Queso Dip. I was so happy when I tried to make it at home one night and found out how easy it is to make. I ladded spicy chorizo and jalapeno and was so glad I did. It is creamy, cheesy, spicy and delicious. You can give it a try for your next Mexican night at home! 1/2 onion, finely diced. 2 chorizo sausage, out of casing or hot breakfast sausage. Can diced green chilies. Jalapeno chile, finely diced.
