Sunday, July 31, 2011. Swim Like a Brown. Summer swim team is over. The meets are done. Trophies are handed out. It's a little bittersweet.so much fun but those swim meets were so exhausting. Taye missed the last meet because he was in NS but the kid who swims with him had a banner night pulling in all first places. He probably wishes Taye would go to NS for the whole summer! Friday, August 7, 2015. Fresh Friday: Easy Summer Supper. Courtney makes this easy broccoli version but the original recipe comes from Emily who makes this dish with marinated artichokes. You'll have to hit her up for that version because she's the expert - it is my favorite dish that she cooks! 1 Sauté one package of kilbasa sausage in a generous amount of olive oil and crushed garlic. 2 Boil a box of noodles, adding one head of broccoli florets to the pot for the last minute to cook. Thursday, December 2, 2010. My 34th year was eventful and not just because I made peace with my hair. I found my biological father. To be sure my personality is 100% Ripple, but my look. it's sure a lot like that man in the pictures. I tried to find a phone number for him with no luck ("he doesn't live here"). Tuesday, August 4, 2015. Updated Girls Room/No New House. We had plans for a new house this summer - it was going to take some focus. I have a personal loan and a 401K loan that helped us get through school that I needed to finish paying off and it was doable. And then we hit a massive bump in the road with lost wages, spent emergency funds and new medical bills for Tyrone's hurt back. (Just another of many bumps in the road. I should just factor a biennial financial/medical disaster into all of my plans).
